Thank you for choosing International Educator Proficiency Testing Organisation IEPTO. We value your trust and strive to provide the highest quality service to educators participating in our online proficiency testing.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on purchases within 12 hours of the original application date. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The test must not have been started or completed by the user.
  2. There must be a genuine reason for the withdrawal

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@iepto.world. Please provide your order number and the reason for your refund request.

Once your request is received and assessed for eligibility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 3 days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  1. Test attempts that have been started or completed.
  2. Services rendered such as score reports or certificates issued upon completion of a test.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your proficiency testing appointment. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Cancellation Timeframes:
    1. If you cancel your testing appointment more than 60 days before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a 50% refund of any fees paid.
    2. Cancellations made after of the scheduled testing time will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Process for Cancellation:
    1. To cancel your testing appointment, please contact our support team at support@iepto.worldYou will receive a confirmation of your cancellation once it has been processed.
  3. Rescheduling:
    1. If you wish to reschedule your testing appointment instead of cancelling, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
  4. Refunds:
    1. Refunds for cancellations made within the eligible timeframe will be processed within 5 business days to the original method of payment.
  5. Exceptions:
    1. In cases of documented emergency or unavoidable circumstances (e.g., severe illness, natural disasters), exceptions to this policy may be considered. Please contact us directly with supporting documentation for review.
  6. No-show Policy:
    1. Failure to attend a scheduled testing appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
  7. Policy Changes:
    1. This cancellation policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
